led to announce a major update to our practice this year with the growth of our team! Dr. Lauren Goettemoeller has joined the Denver Vision Therapy team as an associate doctor after recently relocating to Colorado. Dr. Goettemoeller will be working closely with Dr. Dudley to ensure that their clinical standards and recommendations align, making it easy for patients to move between providers for the best care.
Dr. Lauren Goettemoeller (Dr. G) is excited to connect with patients and their families through their vision care, therapy, and rehabilitation. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was also class president. She is a current member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) and the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA).
She has a wide range of experience in developmental optometry, which includes the youngest of patients (infants and toddlers), as well as military veterans who experienced traumatic brain injuries.
When not in the office, she likes to spend time outside, with friends and family, and trying out new restaurants. She also took three courses in American Sign Language during her undergraduate studies and is passionate about language accessibility.
Dr. Goettemoeller will work closely with Dr. Dudley to provide complete vision care to patients, allowing our office more opportunities to accommodate vision therapy evaluations and progress evaluations. She will also be assisting with vision therapy, offering more options for weekly therapy appointment slots!
